I’ve tried to order this twice. The first time, I received nothing. Amazon customer service took care of it and mar sure to send me one asap. Then, I got this. I’m not sure what it is, but it isn’t a door step for the car. I’m hoping that the seller sees this and fixes their mistake. Apparently, they have their products incorrectly labeled in the system. So, I’m going to review what I got, hence the neutral rating.This pouch comes with multiple Velcro straps and a a long strap that can attach and be used to carry over your shoulder. The pouch is a nice canvas type of material and is insulated. I would use this to carry a bottle or drink. It kind of car reminds me of the bags that you’d attach to your bike to hold stuff. It is well made and looks durable.Wish I got what I ordered. Note to seller, you need to fix this issue.Being a short woman, I got this to help me on those few occasions I need to reach on top of my vehicle or at least high enough that it's out of my reach. This holds well. It feels strong enough to bear weight and feel relatively safe.This was delivered while I was standing in my driveway talking to my neighbor.I popped it out, opened the door of my car, and my neighbor was very impressed. He had never seen one before, despite both he and his friends being avid mountain bikers who have roof mount racks.I'm 5'4" and about 140-lbs. I have a 2020 Subaru Ascent because I often go camping with a travel trailer.Now, I can FINALLY reach the top of my vehicle!One tiny word of warning about these devices IN GENERAL. Sometimes, in certain situations, they CAN shift the door latch ring out of alignment. I know - it sounds impossible - but just keep in mind that the latching mechanism was engineered to keep your door shut - and not engineered to be a weight bearing device at this angle. Caveat emptor, YMMV, etc.
